Phenotype of PKU
Do the two variants of PKU have similar symptoms or severity?
Diagnosis and Treatment
- The section treatment encloses also the method for diagnosis of PKU. Should we change the title to Diagnosis and Treatment?
- If newborn-screening was not performed for some reasons, could people make diagnosis in other ways?
- Two PKU variants are treated in different way. For example in-taking of Tetrahydrobiopterin for Atypical Phenylketonuria. How do people diagnosis and distinguish between them?
