Some quick feedback:
- Figure 1, 2, and 4 are a little big and reach beyond the screen
- Figure 6 is almost completely outside the screen (depending on the screen resolution (1280x1024) of course)
- Sorry, my resolution is 1680x1050. Is it better now?

- Disorder of P10775: If I'm not wrong, the alignment(s) for the DisProt search don't include the disordered region of DP00554. They start at the second half of DP00554 (example).

A little late, but something you could add:
- TMH analysis for Q9YDF8: I think you didn't account for the 13 aa shift of the PDB sequence
- You might also mention that there was no homology information for PolyPhobius for Q9YDF8 which might have altered its performance
