Hi, some feedback for your wiki (besides the mail from yesterday).
I like that your wiki is easy to understand, although I think it is a little brief. Maybe you could add some more information:
- More detail on BCKDHC's "job" in the degradation of the amino acids.
- How do the mutations affect its function (once you know which mutations to focus on).
- A connection between the phenotypes and the toxic byproducts.
One sentence I think is a bit odd:
- Patients with Thiamine-responsive MSUD can be treated with aforementioned drug are able to process branched chain amino acids.
The "can be" just doesn't fit.
