Hi, I just started reading your Sequence Alignments page. First thing I like: You didn't litter the page with your shell commands and used an extra protocol page for that. This is pretty cool as it really helps to clear up the text and keep it readable. --Wagnerr 21:53, 6 May 2012 (UTC)

Not much to say about the blast section, i liked that you why there are few pdb entries in the big database. --Wagnerr 19:54, 7 May 2012 (UTC)

PsiBlast section: Purely aesthetic criticism, I'm somewhat disturbed by the different line lengths in table 3, in my opinion splitting the table in two separate tables could look better. Also I feel like the histograms in table 4 are a bit overloaded, it's hard to make out what actually belongs where, but on the other hand I don't really see a better way to display the data without splitting it in even more diagrams. The venn-diagramm is awesome :) need something like that for our page too. --Wagnerr 20:17, 7 May 2012 (UTC)

In tie COPS Section are still some TODOS in the text, don't know if your still working on that or just forgot to take them out. Otherwise I don't have have anything left to add. I enjoyed reading your page :) --Wagnerr 20:35, 7 May 2012 (UTC)

Thank you very much, I know there are beside other things still stylistic problems but as it seems i will be fighting with the wiki format a little bit longer. Alice
