Hey guys,

so in order of relevance (or maybe not :D ), here are my hints:

1) riddle: As I have no clues about runes, I would stand in front of these buttons, close my eyes, and push the button that I reach by chance... and then probably: dooom! ;)

  • There's a 1 in 4 chance that it would be the right one!
  • I (Fanny) would push the circle. Because a circle is like an 'o', and 'o' is like open :-). But I'm not quite sure this is the right decision...

2) I found some TODOs in your text, dont know if you really still need to fix them, or forgot to take them out ;)

  • Don't worry, they are just placeholders for the table/figure numerations.

3) in general: nice structured wiki entry with nice little movies and you fulfilled the all assignments

4) I think it is interesting, that your I-tasser results also not seem to be the best models. It is the same with our I-tasser models, and I also was a little bit dissapointed.

5) In the SwissModel section you have this table about the conservation of structural features of your protein within the template structures. That is pretty cool. Though, what would be even better, if you used this information on the validation of your models: whether these conserved regions have been modeled properly.

  • That was indeed my intention and I posted that table just recently. The evaluation will take some time though as I have other things to do at the moment. It will be finished sometime this evening.
