Not much else to say, we have the same time problems with I-Tasser. The only think i have to add, is that I'm not to sure about using the RMSD for model evaluation, as is somehow produced most of the time very good scores, independent of %identity of the template. --[[User:Wagnerr|Wagnerr]] 06:29, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
