Hellohello! Finally some statements that you probably dont get to see before we meet :/

Nice and structured entry with not too many pics. :D Or at least they are small and not overwhelming!

In table 3 you have have to get rid of: "Clashes are depicted as red and green disks" That was for table 2 I guess ;)

In general we find you often are too prompt with your conclusion, that a mutation "has to be disease causing". This always sounds so absolute, but even when it seems that a mutation really changes something in the structure, this must not necessarily mean it is disease causing. So maybe formulate the conclusio less "hard" and say you "think, this mutation is disease causing". I hope this does not sound too picky, but when reading the article it makes a difference.. I think . ;)
