Hi, just ckecking out your page. In "DSSP and handling of differing sequences" your refer to "both these tools" to me it looks like you only refer to SIFTS, so i dont quite understand the plural. --Wagnerr 05:49, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

    • I was referring to SIFTS and the mapping in the mmCIF files provided by PDB. The latter is hardly a 'tool' and I hope I made that clearer in the text now

I liked that you outsourced all not necessary information, like parser details to a protocol page. That really helps keep the text more readable. --Wagnerr 05:53, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

"Comparison of predictions and annotation" "long time, do not penalize" I think there is a 'we' missing after the comma. --Wagnerr 06:06, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

    • This is correct, albeit the sentence might be a bit long. Just leave out some of the stuff in commas and you get: Owing to this problem, scores used to assess the performance of transmembrane helix prediction [...] do not penalize a prediction that is not 100% aligned with the 3D annotation[...]
