So maybe formulate the conclusio less "hard". |

Nice and structured entry with not too many pics. :D Or at least they are small and not overwhelming!
In table 3 you have have to get rid of: "Clashes are depicted as red and green disks" That was for table 2 I guess ;)
In general we find you often are too prompt with your conclusion, that a mutation "has to be disease causing". This always sounds so absolute, but even when it seems that a mutation really changes something in the structure, this mus not necessarily mean it is disease causing. So maybe formulate the conclusio less "hard".
