- some hints on (English) writing:
- in written speech, you do not abbreviate as in "is not" (not isn't), "do not" (not don't), ...
- read your text after writing: e.g. mangled sentence in section "diagnosis"
- "must not" has the meaning that something is not allowed; what you mean is "need not"
- "alleviate" is probably not what you meant (context e.g. 'to alleviate the pain following surgery') -> "reduce"
