  • I've actually never heard of the Grantham score before (not sure if I should admit that - sounds interesting in this case)
  • "PAM1 and PAM250 are the extremes for this type of substitution matrix and might not be the most commonly applied ones." I think that PAM250 is used quite often, whereas PAM1 almost never
