It is possible (if not probable) that we will not be able to finish this task. We apologise for the inconvenience !!!

** (Surprisingly) we finished everything but the MSA part for which we are currently out of usable ideas. We will deliver as soon as we found an acceptable solution

Nevertheless some little notes (typos italic):

* I've actually never heard of the Grantham score before (not sure if I should admit that - sounds interesting in this case)

** Not sure if it was already there while you read it, but there is now a citation for this score -jonas

** I somehow thought the same while writing this, but since I could not get any citations on this topic and its all my personal experience anyway, I thought I might get through with this.. ;) -jonas

It is possible (if not probable) that we will not be able to finish this task. We apologise for the inconvenience !!!

    • (Surprisingly) we finished everything but the MSA part for which we are currently out of usable ideas. We will deliver as soon as we found an acceptable solution

Nevertheless some little notes (typos italic):

  • I've actually never heard of the Grantham score before (not sure if I should admit that - sounds interesting in this case)
    • Not sure if it was already there while you read it, but there is now a citation for this score -jonas
  • "PAM1 and PAM250 are the extremes for this type of substitution matrix and might not be the most commonly applied ones." I think that PAM250 is used quite often, whereas PAM1 almost never
    • I somehow thought the same while writing this, but since I could not get any citations on this topic and its all my personal experience anyway, I thought I might get through with this.. ;) -jonas
